Ellen works with couples, polycules, and individuals.

Couples sessions are generally private pay as the individual holds the insurance, not the relationship. Without an identified patient and a mental health diagnosis (relationship problems is not considered a mental health diagnosis), insurance cannot be billed.

Individual work may be covered by insurance (in-network with Presbyterian/Magellan, BCBS, and Molina only) and superbills may be provided for individual work as an out-of-network provider.
